Réhahn is honored to contribute to the rich legacy of Elie Bleu’s artistic collaborations with the new special edition “Elva”. Cigar humidor, ashtray, cigar cutter and lighter.
This collection series was officially launched at La Casa del Habano in Ho Chi Minh City during an exclusive event on November 11, 2023.
At the heart of this collection is the humidor, featuring the iconic portrait of Elva, from Réhahn's Cigar Smokers Series. Taken in Havana, in 2013, the photograph depicts a strong-minded woman of around 70 years old, adorned with a crown of red flowers and a Cohiba Esplendido in her mouth. This image has earned its place as one of the most recognizable depictions of cigar culture in Cuba, over the past decade.

The Workshop

At the gates of Paris, the factory brings together the best craftsmen, often from the “Boulle” school, and uses the finest materials to produce excellent products. Marquetry work requires the use of different species of precious wood cut into delicate shapes, assembled and glued to create a multitude of patterns. Mother-of-pearl, straw and gold inlays are also used as real pieces of goldsmithery.

These processes require a lot of know-how and precision. These secrets have always been well protected by very specialized, but above all passionate, workers.
